Cancellation Policy: Three (3) weeks prior to the training date; otherwise, only substitutions will be permitted.
All fields on this confirmation sheet must be completed thoroughly.
Reservations are confirmed upon submission of a duly completed confirmation form.
Training fee is charged per participant, subject to 12% VAT.
Strictly no payment, no training.

This Confirmation Sheet shall serve as the legally binding contract for the provision of training services. Submission of this Confirmation Sheet by the Client constitutes an unequivocal confirmation of the training reservation. In the event of a cancellation of confirmed training by the Client within a period of three (3) weeks prior to the actual training date, CIP reserves and shall exercise the right to impose a variation fee equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total training cost.
